1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Requstrix ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please uninstall the Extension and stop using the site.
2. License
Requstrix is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension solely as intended through the official Chrome Web Store distribution.
3. Restrictions on use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension, except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
- Redistribute the Extension or any modified version through alternative channels;
- Use the Extension to capture traffic on systems you don't own or aren't authorized to inspect;
- Use the Extension to capture, store, or export personal data of third parties in violation of applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc.);
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
4. Your captured data
Requstrix runs entirely in your browser. Any captured API traffic, export ZIPs, AI prompts, or PII reports are your content. You retain full ownership and full responsibility. You confirm that you have the right to capture the traffic you point Requstrix at, and you indemnify the developers against claims arising from your misuse.
5. Third-party services
When you enable AI analysis, requests are sent directly from your browser to your chosen provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini) using your own API key. Their terms apply to your use of those services:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or cost of these third-party services.
6. Donations
Voluntary donations made via UPI on the donate page are gratuities, not payments for goods or services. Donations are non-refundable. They do not entitle you to additional features, support guarantees, or any contractual obligation from us beyond what's described in these terms.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The PII scan uses heuristic detection and may produce false positives or miss matches; it is not a substitute for professional legal or security review. Performance reports are diagnostic estimates, not SLA measurements.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codesefod IT Solutions and Rocky Saini will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or third-party API costs — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension or this website. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages is limited to USD 100 or the amount you have donated to the project, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using Requstrix at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Extension (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — license restrictions, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law — will survive.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms occasionally. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Extension or site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
